What to expect at Wembley Stadium Train Station on the day of the event

We understand that large-scale events can lead to increased passenger numbers and we have a dedicated plan in place to manage crowds effectively. To keep everything running smoothly, a structured queuing system will be in operation at Wembley Stadium Station after the gig, helping fans board trains in an organised and efficient manner.
To assist with this, extra members of staff will be on hand throughout the afternoon and evening to guide passengers, provide travel updates and answer any questions you may have. We know that crowd control can be a concern for some passengers, so our team is there to ensure safe and steady boarding, keeping waiting times to a minimum while maintaining a calm and enjoyable atmosphere.
How the queue system works
Fans travelling home after the gig will be directed into five designated queue lanes, depending on their destination. These queues will help prevent overcrowding and ensure a steady flow of passengers onto the correct trains.
