Warwick Castle and Chiltern Railways Competition Terms and Conditions:

Prize: x 4 McFly Tickets and Free Chiltern Railways Train Tickets to the event

 

  1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions 
  2. The prize draw is open to members of the public aged 18 years and over and residents of the UK only, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 
  3. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested. 
  4. The Winner will receive x4 McFly tickets and *Free Chiltern train tickets ONLY on the 19th of July. Please note that the individuals in your party must be aged 6 years and above. 
  5. Please note that the winner will need to provide their postal address for the physical train tickets to be sent. They can only be used on the day of the concert as a return ticket. 
  6. The following is what will be included in your prize ONLY:  4 free tickets to McFly on the 19th of July and 4 return Chiltern Railway train tickets to Warwick Station. 
  7. The prize draw starts on Friday 12th July and entries must be received by the 15th of July through the method specified on the post. 
  8. Warwick Castle cannot be responsible for late or corrupted entries 
  9. The winner will be contacted via DM by @warwickcastleoffcial and have 2 days to claim their prize. Any claims after this may not be accepted, we will offer the prize to the next name to be drawn from all eligible entries. 
  10. Food, Accommodation, insurance and day tickets are not included in the prize. 
  11. Warwick Castle reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity. 
  12. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered 
  13. The prizes may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial gain 
  14. Warwick Castle reserves the right to cancel or change the prize draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any stage in its absolute discretion 
  15. In providing this prize draw, Warwick Castle shall not be responsible for any event that is beyond its reasonable control 
  16. The prize draw is governed exclusively by the laws and courts of the United Kingdom
