We are aware that it is currently not possible to buy NEW smartcard tickets on the Chiltern Railways website or App. This is a national problem, which is currently under investigation.
Smartcard ticket purchasing through our website and App will be unavailable during this outage. Tickets already loaded to Smartcards will continue to work as normal.
It will still be possible to purchase Smartcard tickets from Chiltern Railways Ticket Machines and Ticket Offices.
