Due to essential maintenance work of the national rail smartcard system, there will be Smartcard service interruption on Wednesday 30 April 2025 between 05:00 and 16:00, when some smartcard services will be unavailable.
Smartcard ticket purchasing through our website and App will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Tickets already loaded to Smartcards will continue to work as normal.
it will still be possible to purchase Smartcard tickets from Ticket Machines and Ticket Offices during the maintenance window.
