Charity Collection

We encourage registered charities to hold cash collections free of charge in the stations we manage.
In 2017, collections at our stations raised over £44,000 for charity.

If you would like to collect at one of our stations, you’ll need to:

1.    Check to see if we manage the station (see below)
2.    Download a charity collection form (see below)
3.    Read through the terms and conditions to check that you meet the criteria, then complete the form if you are eligible.
4.    Send your completed form and your Public Liability Insurance document to charitycollections@chilternrailways.co.uk.

We process requests once we’ve received your completed form and your Public Liability Insurance document.

Please make sure we receive your application at least 30 days before your planned collection date.
