- Trains from Birmingham to London are expected to be very busy until lunchtime. Trains from London to Birmingham are expected to be very busy from 1800 until mid-evening. This is due to the event at Wembley Stadium mentioned below.
- Wembley event - League Two Play - off Final. An enhanced timetable will run for most of the day, with longer trains running between Birmingham Moor Street and London Marylebone, with additional stops at Wembley Stadium station.
- Due to longer length trains in operation, replacement buses will operate to/from Kings Sutton, Hatton and Lapworth.
- Rail replacement buses will also operate between Leamington Spa - Warwick - Stratford Upon Avon Parkway - Stratford Upon Avon for the entire day, connecting with trains at Leamington Spa.
