An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:
- Wembley Stadium station CLOSED until 11.15.
- Planned engineering works (early morning).
- Wembley Stadium event - EFL Trophy Final (Peterborough United vs Wycombe Wanderers - 16.30 KO).
Wembley Stadium station is CLOSED until 11.15. During this period, no trains will call at Wembley Stadium in either direction.
Additionally, the railway is closed between Oxford Parkway and Oxford until 08.45, affecting all early morning services to/from Oxford. During this period, the following timetable alterations apply:
- 07.30 Princes Risborough - Oxford terminates at Oxford Parkway.
- 07.41 Oxford - Marylebone is CANCELLED.
- 08.11 Oxford - Marylebone starts at Oxford Parkway (08.17).
- 08.41 Oxford - Marylebone starts at Oxford Parkway (08.48).
Before 09.00, passengers travelling to/from Oxford should use the following rail replacement bus services:
- 06.50 Oxford - Bicester North, for connecting train forward to Marylebone.
- 07.35 and 08.10 Oxford - Oxford Parkway, for connecting trains forward to Marylebone.
- 08.10 Oxford Parkway - Oxford.
In respect of the Wembley Stadium event, an enhanced timetable will be in operation from approximately 11.00, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.
In particular, a high-capacity service of additional trains will operate from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross to Wembley Stadium from 11.00, and return after the match. Please note that there will be NO TRAINS to Wembley Stadium before 11.00, and also that a queuing system will be in place at High Wycombe.
In connection with the Wembley Stadium event, and in order to free-up resource, the following services will be reduced:
No Chiltern Railways trains will operate on the route Marylebone - Aylesbury Vale Parkway (via Amersham) all day. Rail replacement buses will operate as follows, connecting with London Underground Metropolitan Line services to/from Baker Street at Amersham.
- Amersham - Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
No Chiltern Railways trains will operate between Leamington Spa and stations to Stratford Upon Avon after 13.00. During this period, rail replacement buses will operate as follows, connecting with trains at Warwick Parkway.
- Warwick Parkway - Stratford Upon Avon Parkway - Stratford Upon Avon (these will not call at Hatton and Wilmcote).
No Chiltern Railways trains will call at Monks Risborough and Little Kimble all day. Rail replacement buses will operate as follows, for local journeys to/from Monks Risborough and Little Kimble ONLY:
- Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.
