Charities of the Year 2017
We’re proud to announce that our employees have voted for Bowel Cancer UK and Brake UK as our charities of the year. We'll be raising money and awareness for both charities throughout 2017.
Bowel Cancer UK
Every 15 minutes in the UK someone is diagnosed with bowel cancer. That’s over 41,000 people every year. Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK. However it shouldn’t be because it is treatable and curable especially if diagnosed early.
We are the UK's leading bowel cancer research charity. We are determined to save lives and improve the quality of life for all those affected by bowel cancer. We support and enable research, educate patients, public and professionals about bowel cancer and campaign for early diagnosis and best treatment and care for all those affected.

Brake is a national road safety charity working with communities and organisations across the UK to stop the tragedy of road deaths and injuries, make streets and communities safer for everyone, and support people bereaved and seriously injured on roads.
Every day in the UK, five people die on roads and about 60 more are seriously injured, causing needless loss of life and inflicting terrible suffering.
Brake promotes road safety awareness, safe and sustainable road use, and effective road safety policies through campaigns, community education, information and advice for organisations operating fleets of vehicles and road safety professionals, and the UK’s flagship road safety event, Road Safety Week.
Brake also provides essential support to people across the UK devastated by road death and serious injury to help them in their darkest hours.
