Mental Health Awareness Week: 5 ways to health and wellbeing

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week from 14-20 May and we’ve partnered with Mind to give you 5 ways to health and wellbeing while you travel.

 

1. CONNECT

Take the time to call or text someone whom you have
recently lost touch with.

 

2. LOOK UP

There’s a big, wide world out there. Try putting down your phone
and enjoying the scenery instead.
Have you seen the lambs along our route? What about the spring flowers?

Alternatively, do some colouring in. There are some really good colouring apps available for download.  

 

3. LEARN

Learn how to do a guided meditation while on your journey.
There are lots of apps to get you started.

 

4. GET ACTIVE

Do some seated yoga to get the blood flowing.

5. GIVE
