- Avanti West Coast services operating between Birmingham New Street, Milton Keynes Central and London Euston stations.
- Great Western Railway services operating between Banbury, Oxford, Reading and London Paddington stations.
- LNR Trains services operating between Birmingham New Street, Coventry, Milton Keynes Central, Cheddington, Tring, Berkhampstead and London Euston stations and also between Coventry and Leamington Spa.
Chiltern Railways tickets are also being accepted by the following bus operators:
Stagecoach Oxfordshire on the following routes:
- No. 2/2A services operating between Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street Stop C1) and Oxford Parkway.
- No. S4 services operating between Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street Stop C4), Oxford Parkway (Stop E) and Banbury Bus Station.
- No. S5 services operating between Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street Stop C4), Oxford Parkway, Bicester Village (bus stop situated on Oxford Road), Bicester Town Centre (Stand 3) and Bicester North (bus stop situated on Buckingham Road).
