Customer Satisfaction

Twice a  year Transport Focus, an independent watchdog, survey 50,000 people across the UK to get their opinions on the rail network and train companies operating within it.  

Chiltern Railways were very pleased to receive 91% customer satisfaction in the Winter 2017 survey.  Chiltern Railways constantly strive for ways to improve our service to delight our passengers.
