During the pandemic train companies worked with the government to introduce temporary changes to refund policies. As services continue to be uplifted and restrictions ease, those temporary changes are no longer needed and have now reverted back to their original terms and conditions from 7th September 2020. New timetable - Customers are advised that a new timetable was implemented on Monday 7 September.

On Monday 7 September a new timetable was implemented. This timetable works alongside the rest of the public transport industry to provide space to socially distance and prepare for customers to return to train travel.

Customers are advised to check their train times and to follow the government's guidance on travelling by public transport.
