Sunday 5th December 2021:

Chiltern Railways will be running a special timetable on this date, in conjunction with the following Wembley Stadium event:

  • Women's FA Cup Final (Teams TBA) - 14:00 KO.

Additionally, due to planned Network Rail engineering works in the Aylesbury area, the railway is closed between Amersham and Aylesbury Vale Parkway, and also between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury until 11.00. During this period, London Underground services should be used between Baker Street and Amersham, and rail replacement buses will operate over the following route sections:

  • Amersham - Great Missenden - Wendover - Stoke Mandeville - Aylesbury - Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
  • Princes Risborough - Monks Risborough - Little Kimble - Aylesbury.

Due to further planned engineering works in the Banbury area, the following late night trains are amended as shown:

  • 23.15 Marylebone - Banbury terminates at Bicester North; connecting rail replacement buses will operate to Kings Sutton and Banbury.
  • 00.03 Marylebone - Banbury terminates at Princes Risborough; a connecting rail replacement bus will operate to Haddenham & Thame Parkway, Bicester North and Banbury.
