Our charity partner is Mind. Chiltern Railways provides financial assistance and practical support to our charity partner:
- Donations from lost property sales – unclaimed items left at our stations are put to good use, with proceeds donated to partners
- Customer contributions through delay repay – passengers can choose to donate their compensation through our online portal

We also provide Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) grant funding to the National Literacy Trust, who are dedicated to improving literacy levels across the UK, empowering young individuals with the reading and writing schools necessary to thrive.
