Sunday 7th April 2019:

There is a sporting event at Wembley Stadium - FA Cup Semi Final #2 (Watford vs Wolverhampton Wanderers; 16.00 KO).

An amended timetable will operate for most of the day. In order to free-up resource for additional demand to and from Wembley Stadium, please note that a reduced service will operate on the Marylebone - Amersham - Aylesbury route during the afternoon and evening. During this period, buses will replace trains between Aylesbury and Aylesbury Vale Parkway.

Additionally, in order to free-up further resource for Wembley Stadium event traffic, ALL Chiltern Railways services to/from Stratford Upon Avon are replaced by buses, as follows:

  • Banbury - Stratford Upon Avon (direct; connecting with Marylebone trains at Banbury).
  • Leamington Spa - Warwick - Stratford Upon Avon Parkway - Stratford Upon Avon.

Note: Some additional trains (not shown on the timetable below) will operate from Wembley Stadium to Birmingham/Stourbridge Junction in the evening. These are unadvertised and will operate in accordance with the match finish time and Wembley Stadium passenger queueing system.
