Friday 2nd April 2021 (Good Friday):

Due to planned Network Rail engineering works, the railway will be closed between Bicester North and Kings Sutton all day, and a special timetable will be in operation.

A limited train service will operate on the following route sections:

• Marylebone - stations to Birmingham Moor Street (diverted via an alternative route between Haddenham & Thame Parkway and Banbury).
• Marylebone - stations to Oxford.
• Marylebone - stations to Bicester North.
• Princes Risborough - stations to Aylesbury.
• Leamington Spa - stations to Stratford Upon Avon.
• Marylebone - stations to Aylesbury Vale Parkway (via Amersham).

Rail replacement buses will operate as follows (for local journeys only):

• Bicester North - Banbury.
• Bicester North - Kings Sutton - Banbury.

Passengers travelling between Marylebone, Banbury and stations to Birmingham should travel on the diverted Birmingham trains.
