London Marylebone - Amersham - Aylesbury Vale Parkway route

From Sunday 17 May 2026 until Sunday 27 September 2026

From Monday 28 September 2026 until Saturday 12 December 2026

Our Leaf Fall timetable starts on Monday 28 September 2026 and runs until Sunday 10 January 2027:

  • The 'Leaf Fall' changes only affect trains on our Metropolitan Line Route (via Amersham) that run towards London. Northbound trains heading away from London are not affected.
  • Trains on the route via Amersham will leave Aylesbury Vale Parkway, Aylesbury, Stoke Mandeville, Wendover, Great Missenden, Amersham, Chalfont & Latimer and Chorleywood will leave up to three minutes earlier than before, when heading towards London Marylebone.
  • Amended timetables are often in place at Weekends (or sometimes late at night) to allow essential maintenance work to take place. Please check before you travel.
  • Further changes will be made to the timetable between 13 December 2026 and 10 January 2027, including significant changes over the Christmas and New Year period. Please check online journey planners nearer the time.
  • We usually run amended timetables when events take place at Wembley Stadium, which is located on our route.

Printed Timetable requests

You may request a printed timetable using the following options:

  • Asking station staff at any Chiltern Railways staffed station ticket office to print a copy of the current timetable.
  • Calling Chiltern Railways Customer Relations (03456 005 165 [Option 3 > Option 4]), requesting that a printed copy of the timetable be posted out.
  • Calling National Rail Enquiries on 03457 48 49 50 to ask for a timetable to be sent by post.

Large Print Timetables

A large print version (A4 paper sized) of our timetable booklet is available from our Customer Services department on 03456 005 165 (Every day * 0800 to 2000).
