An amended timetable will be in operation, in respect of the following:
- Wembley Stadium event - England vs Brazil (19.00 KO).
An enhanced timetable will be in operation for most of the day, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.
Important: If you are travelling to/from Wembley stadium station for this event, please be advised that it will not be possible to travel beyond Banbury after the match. This is due to the late kick off time and a planned overnight line closure of the line north of Banbury. Parking will be available at Banbury station and stations south thereof for rail travel to and from the event. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Finalised timetables are uploaded into online journey planners 9 weeks before the date of operation. Please check your journey in the planner at the following link: https://buy.chilternrailways.co.uk/. Any journey checked outside of this timescale may be subject to change; please double-check how these amendments are due to affect your travel plans. For some engineering works and special events at Wembley Stadium, timetables may be released closer to the date of operation.
