Our Trains

Below is a useful guide to our trains and where the facilities are on each possible formation.

  • The Wheelchair symbol mean that the door it corresponds to is wheelchair accessible, meaning a ramp can be deployed by station staff at the doors before a customer boards and exits the train. There are also accessible toilets available in these areas of the train.
  • There is priority seating in every carriage, positioned nearest to the vestibule areas and clearly signed.
  • The Bike symbol corresponds to where a Bicycle can be loaded and unloaded on to the train.
  • There is visual information on board which will show the stations that the service is calling at and what the next station is. In addition to this, there will be audible announcements detailing the stations and the next station the train is calling at.
