We're working with EE to deliver continuous connectivity

It’s time to say goodbye to never ending buffering, non-loading webpages and  crucial emails hiding in your outbox as we have just announced a partnership with EE, the UK’s biggest mobile operator, that will revolutionise how customers use their time onboard, providing them with a continuous connected experience similar to work or home.

The partnership will involve EE adding extra network capacity and coverage through a wireless trackside network, making “no Wi-Fi bars” onboard a thing of the past - even through tunnels.  The innovation transforms how business is done onboard with high speed connectivity and removes black spot phone call drop outs.

It is made possible by utilising EE’s network, the biggest, fastest and most reliable in the UK, working in partnership to provide continuous connectivity to make the Wi-Fi experience on our line best in class.

We have upgraded onboard technology ready for the launch which will be delivered in stages.  The aim is to complete the roll out by December 2016.
