Monday 11 December - Adverse Weather

On Monday 11 December it is expected that the service will continue to be disrupted due to the adverse conditions, where possible passengers should look to delay their journeys until as late as practicable.

There is a possibility that trains will be formed of fewer carriages than normal because of displaced rolling stock and for late notice delays and cancellations due to staff facing difficulties in reaching their place of work.

All trains are still planned to run with the following exceptions:

  • The 0609 train which usually starts at Kidderminster will start at Stourbridge Junction
  • Trains will not serve Stratford-upon-Avon until the 1332 Leamington to Stratford-upon-Avon train.

We would advise that customers use manned stations as these will have treated platforms for the icy conditions.
