HS2 Work at Euston will significantly affect Chiltern's service on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 August 2017.

You are strongly advised not to travel on Saturday and Sunday as our services will be extremely busy and travel on the Friday and Bank holiday Monday.

London – High Wycombe – Oxford / Birmingham

Extemely busy services between London and Birmingham

As part of part of Britain’s Railway Upgrade Plan Network Rail is carrying out major upgrade work between Watford Junction and London Euston in preparation for the new high speed railway. As a result of this upgrade work NO trains will run to / from London Euston.

We therefore anticipate that many more passengers will travel with us than usual and we expect that our services will be extremely busy. If at all possible, you are advised not to travel on Saturday and Sunday and travel on the days either side of the Bank Holiday weekend.

Timetable Changes – Wembley Stadium Event

There is also sporting event at Wembley Stadium – Challenge Cup Final (rugby) on Saturday 26 August . An amended timetable will operate for most of the day, with many services calling additionally at Wembley Stadium.

London – Amersham – Aylesbury Vale Parkway

Timetable Changes – Reduced Service

A reduced frequency of one train per hour will operate between Marylebone and Aylesbury after approximately 16:00. Additionally, during this period, buses will replace trains between Aylesbury and Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
