London – High Wycombe – Oxford / Birmingham

Extemely busy services between London and Birmingham

As part of part of Britain’s Railway Upgrade Plan Network Rail is carrying out major upgrade work between Watford Junction and London Euston in preparation for the new high speed railway. As a result of this upgrade work NO trains will run to / from London Euston.

We therefore anticipate that many more passengers will travel with us than usual and we expect that our services will be extremely busy. If at all possible, you are advised not to travel on Saturday and Sunday and travel on the days either side of the Bank Holiday weekend. An amended timetable will operate between Marylebone and Birmingham for the entire day.

Additionally, buses will replace trains all day between Leamington Spa - Warwick - Stratford Upon Avon Parkway - Stratford Upon Avon. Buses will also replace trains all day at Hatton and Lapworth stations.

Timetable Changes – Wembley Stadium Event

There is also sporting event at Wembley Stadium – Challenge Cup Final (rugby). An amended timetable will operate for most of the day, with many services calling additionally at Wembley Stadium.

London – Amersham – Aylesbury Vale Parkway

A reduced frequency of one train per hour will operate between Marylebone and Aylesbury/Aylesbury Vale Parkway for most of the day. Additionally, buses will replace trains between Aylesbury and Aylesbury Vale Parkway for a period during the afternoon and evening.
