The Chiltern Railways Passenger Board is the forum which enables passenger representatives and local authorities to feedback their ideas for improvement to our senior managers.
It is also used as a forum for ourselves to brief these groups on our performance and future plans.
The Passenger Board meets four times a year. If you would like an issue to be considered by the Board, please get in contact with your local Rail User Group.
