Save time with cashless parking

Save time and pay without using a parking meter - use your mobile phone and payment card with RingGo.
You can register on-line for the service or during your first call to RingGo.
Call 01753 202 0000 to use the service. If you are a new caller, it will ask for:
• Your vehicle’s registration, make and colour
• The location where you are parked (see attached document)
• How long you want to park for
• Your debit or credit card details
Once you have registered with RingGo, it remembers you on subsequent visits and simply asks you to confirm:
• The vehicle that you want to park
• Its location
• How long you want to park for
• Your card security code
How much does it cost?
RingGo costs 20p on top of the standard car park fee for the time of day or week you are parking. In addition there is a further fee of 10p if you require a text confirmation.
Is a ticket required? How does a parking attendant check I’m parked?
No ticket is needed. The parking attendant looks up your number plate on a handheld device. This checks the RingGo system to make sure you have paid to park.
