Many of our stations and trains already offer easy access facilities, and we’re actively working to increase accessibility where we can. There are at least 2 designated Orange Badge car parking spaces at each of our managed station car parks. For details of the facilities and ease of accessibility at each of our stations see our Station Information section.
Our Disabled Passengers' Charter explains how we'll do our utmost to get you to your destination if any of our normally accessible stations are temporarily inaccessible. There is a link to the charter at the bottom of this page.
Our Clubman trains, which run most of our services between the West Midlands and London, have been designed to be as comfortable as possible for those who don't find it so easy to get around. There's a designated wheelchair area in coach A of each train, a disabled toilet and an interior colour scheme designed to help those with visual difficulties.
Clubman trains are clearly identified with a large 'C' symbol in our timetables.
Our other 'Turbo' trains don't have disabled toilets. However, each train does have a wheelchair area and designated seats for disabled, elderly or pregnant passengers. You’ll find these seats clearly marked close to the entrance and exit doors of each carriage.
We're also pleased to support the Guide Dog Travel Charter. For more information visit the Guide Dogs For The Blind Association website or open the document below.
