Arranging Assistance

If you want to travel to or from a station which is not easily accessible we’ll assist you whether you're disabled or simply appreciate a helping hand. As long as you give us 24hrs advance notice of your needs we can make special arrangements for travel from any of our staffed stations. If you use a wheelchair we can provide staff and ramps to help you on and off the train.

If you’re starting your journey with us and then continuing on another Train Operating Company’s services we’ll also do our very best to make arrangements with them for your onward travel. Don’t forget that we can also arrange your return journey at the same time.
