Ticket vending machine criminal attacks
You’ll be aware that we’ve recently had a spate of criminal attacks on our ticket vending machines.
As a result, we have to get these machines replaced and will mean that our booking offices are likely to be very busy.
Where possible, please follow this advice:
· If you are renewing your season ticket, why not do this online.
· From September 8th, station ticket offices will be very busy as people go back to work after the summer. Although there will be additional staff at stations, passengers are advised to arrive early at the affected stations to buy tickets before travel.
· For passengers who booked tickets to be collected from machines at affected stations will be able to travel with their email confirmation and pick the tickets up from a station with a working ticket machine such as Marylebone. Passengers changing to another train company will also be able to pick up tickets en route – tickets can be collected from any ticket machine from any train operator.

Although primarily aimed at car users, you can also find people to keep you company on your walk or cycle ride to the station!
Changes to Car Park Prices
As of Tuesday 1 April, new car park charges will come into effect.
The new car park prices for Princes Risborough station are as follows:
• Peak daily rate (before 09:00 Mon-Fri) increases to £5.50
• Off-peak daily rate (after 09:00 Mon-Fri, all day Sat, Sun and Bank Holidays) increases to £3.30.
• Weekly rate increases to £20.40.
• Monthly rate increases to £78.40
• Quarterly rate increases to £235.20.
• 6 monthly rate increases to £470.40
• Annual rate increases to £816.00.
