Walking between Birmingham city centre stations

It is easy to walk between Birmingham’s three city centre rail stations. Allow approximately 15 minutes between Snow Hill and New Street and approximately 10 minutes between Moor Street and New Street via the signed pedestrian route.

Car Sharing

Get free parking when three people share a car and arrive at our stations* Monday - Friday between 06.00 and 09.00. Just ask the attendant for your CarShare voucher when driving into the car park.

Bicester Village Shuttle Bus

A shuttle bus between Bicester North and the Bicester Village retail outlet runs every 15 minutes: 

0845 - 1700 from Bicester North station to Bicester Village 

0900 - 1930 from Bicester Village to Bicester North station (up to 2030 on late closing days). Through train/bus tickets are available onlineand from any ticket office.

The fare for the Bicester Village shuttle to/from Bicester North station is £4.50 for a Day Return.

Bicester Taxibus

Service available Monday to Friday in peak times following a set route between Bure Park, Greenwood and Langford Village to meet trains to and from London Marylebone. You are also welcome to ‘hail and ride’ as long as this is done in a safe place for it to stop.

Passengers using the station can also take advantage of the Taxibus during off peak times by calling 01869 32 35 35.

Bicester Taxibus fares : 

  • Single - £2.30 

  • Day Return - £3.50

  • 7 Day Season Ticket - £12

  • Annual - £480

Children (15 years old or under) £1 per single journey, £2 return.

Season tickets are available from Bicester North ticket office. You can also buy through tickets from most stations on the National Rail network to the Taxibus.

There are no Railcard or Child discounts available on the Bicester Taxibus or Bicester Village shuttle bus.

Chinnor bus link

Service 320 connects Chinnor with Princes Risborough at peak times, Mondays to Fridays.

Silver Rider

Shuttle links Fairford Leys with Aylesbury rail station and the town centre every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes during the evenings.

Water Rider
