Track improvement work : Thursday 20 March

Please note the following changes to our service:

    Although a normal timetable will be in operation on Thursday 20 March, we will be running four additional trains to increase capacity on our line and relieve the number of seats available on the longer distance Birmingham-London services.

    The additional trains are:

    Northbound:
    1415 Marylebone – Banbury calling at High Wycombe, Bicester North and Banbury
    1515 Marylebone – Banbury calling at High Wycombe, Bicester North and Banbury

    Southbound: 
    1540 Banbury – Marylebone calling at Bicester North, High Wycombe and Marylebone
    1640 Banbury – Marylebone calling at Bicester North, Haddenham & Thame Parkway, High Wycombe and Marylebone

Please allow extra time to make your journey. Please note that these timetable changes are subject to short notice amendments, so please do check back here nearer to the date of your journey.

Unless specified otherwise, Chiltern Railways tickets will be accepted on the alternative routes and operators which we advise you to use.
