Travel over Easter with Chiltern Railways

Date: 20 Mar 2008 12:30

Chiltern Railways will the only way to travel by train between the West Midlands and London throughout the Easter Period as we will not be affected by the engineering work that is taking place between London Euston and Birmingham New Street.

We will be accepting all valid tickets on our services, including those valid tickets from other train operators who are unable to travel because of this engineering work.

We are also lengthening our trains to allow as many people as possible to travel with us. Our trains are likely to be very busy however, and so we thank customers in advance for their understanding if this is the case.

The lengthened trains will mean that trains won’t be able to stop at either Hatton or Lapworth as the platforms are too short, and so we will be running a bus service for these stations. Full details of the bus service and all our timetables can be found on our website www.chilternrailways.co.uk

We look forward to welcoming you on our trains.
