Beaconsfield station car park will be closed this weekend, 30th - 31st March , as work continues to increase the number of spaces available.Chiltern Railways are currently funding a project which will enable a further 178 cars to park at the station. The building work does mean, however, that there will be temporary reductions in capacity and, on occasion, the car park will have to close.
Paul Robb, Chiltern Railways General Manager South said:
“Our Beaconsfield services are very popular and our car park has been at capacity for some time .
We listened to feedback from passengers and decided to invest in more spaces for the car park. I do realise that this will cause inconvenience and apologise for this”
He added:
“Alternative car park arrangements are available at Seer Green and Jordans, Great Missenden, Denham and Gerrards Cross and passengers may wish to consider travelling from these stations”
