Chiltern Railways passengers can speak to senior company managers at a ‘Meet the Manager’ session at Banbury Station on Wednesday, 25th July.The team will be available at Banbury Station between 6.30am – 0900am to speak with passengers about the service and listen first hand to their comments, compliments and concerns.
The ‘Meet the Managers’ sessions are a great way to find out what passengers think of the service and for a chance to address problems.
Chad Collins, Regional Manager for the North said: “We are looking forward to meeting you and answering any questions you may have with our service.
“This is a great opportunity to get your comments heard direct by your team of managers.
“We want to listen to your feedback because we want to continue to deliver you the best service, to the best standard.”
Chiltern Railways run at least two trains an hour between Banbury and both London Marylebone and Birmingham.
