Wednesday 6 February - England v Switzerland at Wembley Stadium - Kick Off at 2000

Date: 01 Feb 2008 04:00

On Wednesday 6 February, England play Switzerland in a friendly game at Wembley Stadium.

If you are planning to attend this event, we've put together a dedicated page on this website giving you advice on how to get there and travel tips to ensure you have the most comfortable journey as possible when travelling with us. Visit www.chilternrailways.co.uk/wembley for information about this and future events at Wembley.

If you are not travelling to the game, please be aware that our services are expected to be busier than normal due to the increased numbers of passengers travelling on our line.

Kick-Off is at 2000. Please note:

  • Trains scheduled to arrive at Wembley Stadium station between 1730 and 1915 are expected to be very full. There will be some additional trains and carriages however most of our vehicles will be needed to provide commuter services out of London.
  • A number of peak time departures from London Marylebone station will be reduced by one vehicle in order to provide additional capacity on trains stopping at Wembley Stadium. We apologise in advance if your train is busier than usual.
