We have announced the roll out of an online service which will provide real time retailing information to staff in ticketing offices and customer services.Rail Information Online is a web service which takes information from several sources to provide an easily accessible information for retail and customer services staff.
The ease of use and comprehensiveness of the information means that customer enquiries can be answered swiftly and accurately and will increase the volume of enquiries customer services staff can handle.
Rail Information Online is regularly updated to make sure that the information staff pass on to passengers is fully up to date.
