On 1 August, we published draft timetables for implementation from December 14th, with a commentary explaining the rationale for the changes to the current timetable.
The consultation closed on 15 August, and we reviewed each of the responses individually. We have made a number of changes to the proposed timetables in the light of consultation replies. It is never possible to address all of the issues raised, since we inevitably have to balance aspirations which can sometimes conflict. But the consultation process has again been helpful in pointing out some changes which can be made to align the timetable more closely to aspirations.
