Chiltern Railways are consulting on plans for their December 2012 timetable, which will see improved spacing of trains and more seats on busy morning trains.
The four week consultation takes place from today and gives passengers and other interested parties the chance to review the changes and tell the company what they think.
Richard Harper, Head of Network Development said: “The December 2012 timetable involves changes that enable us to deliver a regular interval timetable throughout the day. Our passengers have told us they want fewer gaps during peak periods with more memorable times and this timetable addresses these points.”
The company have also future proofed the timetable to ensure that only minimal changes would be required to incorporate services between Oxford and London, should they be granted the Transport and Works act to enable them in 2014.
