Welcome Aboard
Hello and welcome to Autumn's online edition of Onboard, packed full of news of what we’ve all been up to at Chiltern.
As you know, we pride ourselves on listening to our customers and responding to feedback where we can, so this issue aims to update you on all the changes we have made as a result of customer comment.
Whether it’s refurbishment of stations and facilities, or new ticket types to make your lives easier, everything we do has our passengers at its heart.
I’m delighted to announce that we have recently been awarded Passenger Operator of the Year at the recent National Rail Awards. Thank you very much to all of you who nominated us; we really are enormously grateful. As always, it will spur the whole team on to try even harder for you.
Autumn is a great time to explore our route and the many attractions on offer – take a look at our destination guides for ideas.
Whatever your reason for travelling with Chiltern Railways, I hope you have a good experience – please do feed back your thoughts and comments to us, as we do listen and respond where we can.
