Birmingham Fun Day on Sunday, 11 September

Birmingham families to be part of the fastest 100mph teddy bear’s picnic  at a FREE Family Fun Day with Charley Bear and Alex as seen on CBeebies

To celebrate the launch of Mainline, which will see faster services from Birmingham Moor Street station to London Marylebone starting from just 90 minutes, Little Charley Bear, as seen on CBeebies, will be hosting a fast 100mph teddy bear’s picnic on 11 September 2011 at a free family fun day.

 

The fun day extravaganza will run between 10am – 4pm at Birmingham Moor Street station in the heart of Birmingham by the Bullring and will feature an action packed day of events on the station with the highlight being a free 100mph short round trip teddy bear’s picnic train with Little Charley Bear.

 

At the station children will be able to join in and make their own bear at a special workshop and will also be entertained by full fun filled activities including magic shows, pot painting, card making and face painting.

 

The station will also welcome another special guest as seen on Cbeebies.  Presenter Alex Winters, will read stories to the children between 11.45-12.30 and 13.45-14.30.

 

To top the day off, there will be a free photo booth with a dressing up box and sessions with the lovely people at Music with Mummy who take on a lively approach to music for the pre-school child.
