QUESTION: The train service from Acocks Green to Birmingham is poor. Trains are regularly cancelled, or only formed of two carriages which means customers are left behind.
ANSWER: Central Trains operate this service and have been advised of the comment.
QUESTION: When are the terminating platforms (4 & 5) going to be used?
ANSWER: We hope to connect these tracks to the mainline in 2009.
Passenger Comment: The reason why my colleagues and I use the Chiltern service rather than Virgin is because there is almost a continuous phone signal between London and Birmingham on Vodafone, where as on the Birmingham New Street to London Euston line, you can hardly get a signal.
