Q The air conditioning on early morning trains does not cool.
A We are currently going through a programme of reviewing air con performance on all our trains. We are not aware that there is any problem with the trains specifically in the morning but will investigate.
If further problems are experienced please contact our customer relations department with details of the date and time of the journey so that the particular train can be assessed.
Q The new timetable has not taken into account the taxi bus connections at Bicester North.
A Bicester taxi buses run to the same timetable as before, as do the trains in the peak. The problem is when the buses return from their trip to Langford or Bure Park, as
they often do a sweep of Bicester Village and can get stuck in returning traffic.
Q The Met Line station platforms are full of weeds.
A The weeds at those stations will be dealt with by our Plant & Buildings team who have new rosters and have been told to concentrate on weeds.
Q The 0625 ex Banbury is full and standing from Princes Risborough.
A This has now been resolved with a swap of train stock, and an additional 100 seats.
Q The Chinnor bus times do not connect with the trains.
A We have changed the Princes Risborough timetable slightly in the peak and based on passenger comments We are now investigating the possibility of a revised timetable.
Q The Chinnor Bus timetables around the village are four years old.
We paid Oxfordshire County Council to repost the bus timetables at stops throughout the whole route about a year ago, the service and communication will soon be revised.
Q Need new Information Screens at Gerrards cross under the canopy.
A The CIS at Gerrards Cross will be replaced by the end of the year, and will be in a more prominent position to enable customers along the entire platform length to view the information.
