A This can be done with a Network Railcard. Leaflets are available at our stations.

A The local Customer Service Manager will investigate this and rectify the problem.
Q Heating on trains is inconsistent.
A Please let us know of the trains that you travel on (departure time from your station and their destination), so that any problems with the heating are addressed as quickly as possible.
Q When will the number of cycle racks at High Wycombe be increased?
A There is a programme in place for increasing the number of cycle racks and we are currently waiting for landlords consent.
