December 24th - 29th, 2008
The international phenomenon that is High School Musical is coming to London this Christmas.
However, this production is different to the standard stage show and is being performed on skates.
Disney's High School Musical on Ice is scheduled to be performed at the O2 Arena, formerly known as the Millennium Dome, from December 24th through to the 29th.
Part of a UK-wide ice tour, the production follows the story of the original High School Musical film, which has since spawned two sequels, a stage show and now the ice extravaganza.
The story follows young star-crossed lovers basketball jock Troy and the math-whiz Gabrielle, who meet during a Christmas break from school and are then reunited when the latter moves to East High.
Gabrielle and Troy both go on to perform in the lead roles of their high school musical.
Fans of the international musical phenomenon can get tickets for the production with prices starting at £19.50 and ranging to £41.50.
London Marylebone station welcomes Chiltern Railways services throughout the day.
