October 26th, 2008
Fans of American Football have a rare opportunity to see to witness competitive NFL action outside of North America when the New Orleans Saints take on the San Diego Chargers at Wembley Stadium.
The enormous success of last year's fixture between the New York Giants and the Miami Dolphins in London has encouraged US administrators to outsource another regular-season game to the capital.
A sell-out crowd of 81,176 at the new national stadium saw the Giants beat the Dolphins in October 2007.
When the October 26th fixture was announced in January, Chargers president Dean Spanos said he was "optimistic" about the trip to Europe.
Such is the interest in this contest that a TV highlights package has been sold to more than 200 countries, reports chargers.com.
However, ticket holders can soak up the live atmosphere for themselves, with Chiltern Railways providing the best means of access to Wembley Stadium.
Kick-off is at 5pm.
