Disney fun heads for Brum

April 24th - 27th, 2008

Disney's favourite stars are set to come together on stage to entertain Birmingham audiences at the National Indoor Arena (NIA) next month.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse characters and familiar faces from Little Einsteins, Handy Manny and My Friends Tigger & Pooh will delight as part of the Playhouse Disney Live event.

Music and adventure are two of the key themes of the performances, with the Little Einsteins and Rocket will take the audience as far afield as Japan and Africa through their songs.

Mickey's musical party - joined by old favourites Minnie, Donald and Goofy - and dancing down Sheetrock Hills complete the fun.

Organisers claim that kids who get to experience the show will never forget the exploits of the popular characters.

The NIA will host Playhouse Disney Live from April 24th to 27th, with seven shows due to be held across the four days.

Ticket prices start from £14 for under-16s, while discounts are available on group bookings.

Other events lined up at the NIA for young ones include Australia's The Wiggles, who will stop off this summer, while Cbeebies Live make a stop in December.

Families from London and across the Midlands who want to join in the fun can reach Birmingham using Chiltern Railways' services.
