Visit Banbury's canal-side museum with special and permanent exhibitions and events for the whole family, and is just a few minutes walk from Banbury station. The museum also has a gift shop and fully licensed café, with a terrace overlooking the Oxford Canal.
The Red House Glass Cone Stourbridge is one of only four cones left in the UK and one of the most complete glass cone sites in Europe. It is huge! Over 100ft tall. Built at the end of the 18th Century the Cone was used for the manufacture of glass until 1936 and is now one of only four cones left in the United Kingdom. Guided tours, glassmaking demonstrations, gift shops, craft studios, tea room.
The historic Royal Pump Rooms in Leamington Spa offers displays on the visual arts, the history of Leamington and its spa heritage (including a restored Turkish Bath), a ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ for children, and programmes of changing exhibitions and supporting events.
