Collecting paper tickets bought on our app

| When you buy a pick up ticket on the app you can collect it from any station you specify that has a ticket machine. |
At the station, use the ticket machine to collect your tickets. |
Open the app on your phone and click on 'My tickets' to take you to your ticket wallet. |

Tickets you have bought on the app are stored here. Tickets that need to be collected are marked with a  icon. Click on the ticket you want to collect to show your pickup code. |
Click on 'Collect tickets' on the ticket machine. Insert the card you used to buy the ticket into the machine. (You may be asked to enter your pickup code as well.) |
The machine will then print your tickets and you can get on your train. |
Retrieving and using mTickets at the station

| On certain routes, you can buy mobile tickets which let you use your phone as a ticket. No need to collect anything at the station - just get straight on your train! | If there is a ticket gate at the station, you'll need to open the app to display your ticket. |
Go to 'My tickets' in the app. Mobile tickets are marked with a  . Click on the mobile ticket you want to use. |

| Click on 'mTicket' to display your mobile ticket. Your mobile ticket will look like the barcode above. | Walk up to the gate and show your phone's screen to the scanner on the gate (located just below where you insert normal tickets). | The gate will then open for you to walk through. Alternatively a member of staff will scan your ticket and let you through. |
Using mTickets on our trains

| If the guard comes to check your ticket open up the app and click on 'My Tickets'. | Click on the ticket for the journey you are on. |
Click on 'View Barcode' to display your mobile ticket. Your mobile ticket will look like the barcode above. |

| Show the guard the ticket. | The guard will scan the ticket on your phone's screen. | That's it! You can carry on with your journey. |
