Tickets can be purchased for all routes and destinations throughout the UK, and collected from a self-service machine at the station. mTickets in the form of a barcode are available for the following Chiltern Railways fares and journeys:

mTickets in the form of a barcode are sent directly to your phone and stored in the 'My tickets' section of the app.
If you select a self service ticket, the pick-up reference code will be stored in the '˜My tickets' section of the app. The ticket can then be collected from your chosen ticket machine, simply enter your reference number and insert the card you used to purchase the ticket.
The app will automatically save and store your recent journeys. Once you have entered your card details for the initial transaction, you will only need to enter your card's security code (CVV) for future bookings.
The app accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, American Express, Diners, MasterCard, Solo, Electron and Maestro Cards.
No. The app saves you time by only asking for the minimum information necessary, allowing for quick, secure ticket purchasing. If you already have an online Chiltern Railways account you can sign in using the same details that you use on our website.
No. After you enter your card details the first time you make a purchase, you will only need to enter your card's security code (CVV) to make subsequent purchases.
