We pride ourselves on being one of the best train operators in the UK, but with 9/10 passengers satisfied, we know we can do even better.

We now carry more than twice the number of people on our trains as we did ten years ago, with a fleet that's also doubled in size. It's no coincidence that we've invested over £400m on improvements for passengers during this period - or that our annual turnover has more than doubled to an impressive £123m.

Graduate Training Programme 2008/2009

We also welcome applications for our 2008 graduate training programme, commencing in September 2008. We are seeking exceptional graduates with drive and ambition who aspire to become our leaders and innovators of the future.

We offer graduates an opportunity to get real experience and professional development delivered over an 18 month programme.  It's a fast paced and challenging route that will give you exposure to all aspects of the Group's retail, commerical, operational and strategic functions. 

You will be joining one of the UK's leading passenger rail operator's and working alongside an experienced and highly respected workforce.
