We now carry more than twice the number of people on our trains as we did ten years ago, with a fleet that's also doubled in size. It's no coincidence that we've invested over £400m on improvements for passengers during this period - or that our annual turnover has more than doubled to an impressive £123m.

HR Business Adviser

Chiltern Railways is a train operating company forming part of the UK's National Rail network of scheduled passenger service operating along the M40 corridor from London Marylebone station. We are dedicated to providing our customers with a safe, reliable, welcoming and value for money service,

Chiltern is currently experiencing a period of growth and next year will see us running services between London Marylebone and Oxford Parkway, operating from a new station to the north of the city, from September 2015 and then from the centre of Oxford from spring 2016.

Fleet Reliability Engineer - Suburban

An exciting opportunity has arisen to assist with the management of our Cl.165 and Cl.168 fleets based out of our Aylesbury Depot.
You will be required to:
• Manage performance attribution for ‘Suburban’ fleets
• Analyse data to produce KPI reports, performance trends and highlight improvement opportunities
• Continuously improve fleet performance through introduction of modifications, new technologies and improved maintenance practices
• Provide technical support to the ‘Suburban’ team, including assistance to front-line staff
